Sherry Wine Vinegar (Riojavina)

Born out of the best wines from Jerez and made the traditional way under the strict control of the Control Board of the Jerez appellation, Riojavina Sherry Vinegar, aged in oak butts for over 6 months. It is an amber-coloured vinegar and with character. Particularly suitable for gazpacho, salads, game, etc.
