Sherry Vinegar (Sur de España)

Ideal for dressing classic salads, gazpachos, shellfish and game, our Sherry vinegar is the fruit of the careful selection of the best sherries, and painstaking quality control under the eye of experienced vinegar-making staff. All our Sherry and Reserve Sherry vinegars are made under the rules of the Control Board of the Sherry appellation following the system known as “Criaderas” and “Soleras”, the oldest and most traditional known.

The white label is Sherry Vinegar and the red label is Reserve Sherry Vinegar.

It incorporates a practical special pouring spout for vinegar.
