Vermouth Vinegar (Aliño)

It presents a slight caoba shade with brown hints and amber reflections. It is excellent for salads, all kind of vinaigrettes, marinades and more sophisticated dishes. These are vinegars which add a fresh and acid touch, characteristic of all vinegars, and the flavours and aromas of the wine used to obtain them; with a precise definition, intensity and richness of nuances originated in the herbs and spices used to elaborate our vermuts.
